I'm Benjamin and my wife and I are seeking a medium to long term guest to stay at our cozy suburban home in North Raleigh, just a -minute drive from the Airport & Research Triangle Park, also conveniently 3 miles from Crabtree Valley Shopping & Dining, 9 miles from downtown Raleigh. Nearby enjoy Lake Lynn or Lake Shelley, a short minute drive to beautiful Umstead State Park, quick access to Grocery Store & Gym across the street. Located in an established neighborhood - you'll love how walkable and friendly our neighborhood is!

You share a full bath with one other bedroom, in addition to a spacious open living room, dining, and full equipped kitchen. You have laundry access, plenty of parking, a new deck with a grill, and a large backyard with fire pit at your disposal. Everything has been renovated to be warm, modern, and fresh. And you have everything you need furniture wise to live here day 1!

TV, WIFI, utilities included in monthly rent. Flexible lease terms! We do not allow pets.

We also have another space with a 1 bedroom studio, full kitchen, private bathroom and living room, that will become available and advertised Mid-May. Laundry access for other bedrooms (located in that kitchen) will be given once a week on Saturdays through the walkout kitchen door. Please note if interested in this space as it much more private.
