Quiet Townhouse in Parkville

Hello! My roommate is moving out and I need to find someone to replace her on the lease. I am a y/o female that work for the state gov. and I plan to continue living in the house. I mostly keep to myself but am also open to hanging out. I consider myself to be a very respectful, pretty neat/clean and friendly roommate. I get along with most people and I am big into music, travel, hiking, animals and art.

The house itself is a ( bath) townhouse on a quiet street in Parkville. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable and neighbors are very friendly. Some of the amenities of include a washer & dryer, finished basement, parking pad, dishwasher and plenty of natural light. It is conveniently located close to a number of shopping centers and grocery stores. Most of the house is hardwood but the basement is carpeted. Landlord is friendly and very attentive to maintaining the house. Small pets may be approved at the discretion of the landlord but will increase rent by $ (per month)
