Hey everyone! My name is Maria, and I’m looking for two people to sublease my apartment at The Aspen since I won’t be in State College next school year.

The rent recently increased, but I locked in a lower rate of $ total—that’s $ per person instead of the new rate of $ each). So you’d be saving $ a month each, which is a great deal!

The apartment is super close to campus, and there’s also a bus that runs until 3 AM, which is super convenient. You’ll get your own bedroom and bathroom for added privacy.
