Looking for 2 roommates

Hi, my name is Ivy. I am years old. Looking for 2 roommates to live at rivulet apartment in American fork. But I won’t be able to move in till at least July . Ideally thinking to live in the floor plan (3 bedroom and 2 bathroom). It’s not furnished except for washer, dryer, kitchen stuff and bathroom. Utilities are not included in the rent which the rent will be around a month (depend on how big the house is). I’m willing to pay a little more for the masters room but equally split the utilities. Direct parking garage (if the floor plan includes). Thinking about getting a new dog so it’ll be amazing if you have pets too (i think u do have to pay more for pets like around a month i’m not sure) If we have all 3 of us maybe we can do a tour at rivulet apartment sometime together and learn more!
