Hi, my name is Jesse! I have a room available for rent in the heart of Downtown/West End, Vancouver. The apartment is a cozy brick building (called "The Berkeley") --- it is centrally located, with any necessities, from groceries, to drug stores, to sky-train/bus stations all within a ~min walk.

The unit is very spacious and is wheelchair-accessible. Utilities include hydro, heat, and Wi-Fi. The unit is fully-furnished, though the room itself will not be (my current roommate is taking all their stuff with them). The unit also includes in-suite laundry (both a washer & dryer) and a dishwasher. Basement storage is also available upon request to the building manager.

The unit will be shared with myself only (male, years old). I'm a relatively quiet and reserved roommate. I neither drink nor smoke, I don't party, and I always put in effort to keep the place clean & peaceful. I prefer roommates closer to my age, though this by no means a deal-breaker, and I have no preference for gender or sexual orientation (not in college anymore, come on). My only "big" requirement is that you also put in effort to maintain the place & keep is quiet.

No smoking, no drugs, and no parties. Pets are allowed, though!
