I'm years old, I'm a C.S graduate starting to work at Capital One as a Product Designer on August 1st. I am looking for a roomate and cosigner for a bathroom apartment in The Zoe.
It will be around $ per person + utilities.
I'm looking for a roomate who's: non-smoker (of any kind), and clean and respectul.
I'm very clean and respectful. I love yoga, reformer pilates, home decor and food. I own a small dog (yorkie pom), so she will be moving in with me. I'm also an entrepeneur.
I am open to look for any other apartment suggestions in Arlington or near COne, my maximum budget is $ (excluding utilities). Must haves are: natural light, in-unit laundry and updated kitchen appliances.
