Hey! I’m looking for someone to sublease my apartment through July st, with the option to extend the lease after that. It’s a spacious -bath unit in a gated community near Mountain & Fort Lowell.

The complex offers great amenities, including:
• Two pools
• A gym
• Laundry facilities
• A homework/study room

Rent is $/month plus $ for utilities. I’ll also be leaving behind some gently used, newly purchased furniture—including a couch and bed—so it’s move-in ready!
