lease take over

My lease ends at the end June. Looking for someone to take over my lease. You can renew the lease if you wish after the lease ends. Must qualify with the leasing office. Must make times the rent, provide proof of income and pass a background check. Willing to transfer the deposit I paid the office to you so no deposit is required on approved credit. If your credit is not the best, the leasing office may require a higher deposit. You will have to take the apartment as is. Rent includes 2 parking spaces. Responsible for all utilities including water, sewer, trash, gas and electric
