Looking for quiet room in Newport

Good day, I am a male year old working professional who is looking for a new room to rent around June 1st. I know this is early, but better to start now and see what happens, right!? I require very little, but some things are important to me: parking, quiet and good pet ownership. Parking must be plentiful, no 'first come first serve open parking armeggedon!' for me please. I'll pay extra for parking. Quietness. I am a musician (not my main job, I am an engineer) who loves a nice quiet place for making songs. If the room you have is against the wall of the living room TV, then it probably is not for me. I play guitar, but never obnoxiously loud. I also sing, but again, not screaming-singing. Lastly, Good pet ownership refers to the fact that my last room had pets and didn't take care of them very well. It broke my heart and I can't allow that to happen again. I have no pets. ALSO! I like to smoke , but will go outside if you dont want smoke in house. I dont have guests over nor do I party. Let's make it work!! (PS- i am a clean person, but i don't expect everyone to be as clean as me, so no judgement here!)
