I’m looking for a roommate to rent an extra bedroom in my house in Plum (). You’d have your own private bedroom and shared access to all the communal areas with me. It’s about a -minute drive from Pittsburgh, minutes from Monroeville, and minutes from Murrysville.

A bit about me—I’m and work from home full-time, so I spend a good amount of time in the house during the weekdays. Looking for someone around my age — s or early s — to keep things easygoing and compatible. I’m always open to hanging out, whether it’s for a drink, a game night, or just watching some TV, but I’m just as happy doing my own thing when you need your space. I’ve got a hypoallergenic, non-shedding Goldendoodle who’s super friendly and loves people, so huge bonus if you're a dog person!

Rent is $/month and includes everything — electric, gas, water/sewer, trash, WiFi, yard maintenance, etc. The house has a covered deck, big yard, tons of storage (good sized closets, garage, basement), in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and all the shared spaces are fully furnished and ready to go.
