Sublease from May

Hi I am looking for a female subletter to take over my lease for the summer. It is a bath however you would have the apartment to yourself this summer. The rent originally is however I am asking for
$ and will lower it if needed. It has a gym and student lounge as well as a a Landry room on every floor. If you are interested please let me know. Or if you would like to look at it I will happily give you a tour.
