Looking for a Summer Subleaser

Looking for a subleaser who can take over my room in a bedroom apartment during the ASU summer session. Comes with a private bedroom, unattached bathroom and a walk in closet. Room is pre furnished with a desk, bed frame and mattress, desk chair, and 2 cabinets of storage space. This apartment has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, and an in unit washer/dryer. Apartment amenities include a full size gym, rooftop pool and hot tub, and sauna included in rent. I am offering a reduced rent of $ monthly and open to negotiation; monthly utility bill for water and electricity is subject to the tenant. Our 3 other bedrooms are also open for subletting.
