I am looking for someone to rent a room in my home in Simi Valley, shared with two other tenants. The room is unfurnished, but I can offer some furnishings if needed. The house is quiet, and we tend to keep to ourselves, so it’s preferred that the new tenant values a peaceful environment. This space is ideal for someone without additional pets or children, and who doesn’t have overnight guests. We don’t have parties- the app doesn’t allow me to get rid of it? Lol

• Location: Simi Valley
• Available: ASAP
• Pets: One dog (no additional pets). Emphasis on the no additional pets. I do not understand why people with pets reach out.
• No children. There are no exceptions.
• Proximity: fifteen minutes to both Moorpark and the Valley.

Please note internet is NOT INCLUDED in the rent price. Internet will be divided equally among those who use it.
