Looking for sublease/apartment

I’m new to Dallas, I’ve been here for a little over a year now! I’m graduated from the university of Missouri Dec , I wrestled in college and moved here for MMA. I am a personal trainer and independent contractor, I am looking to take over a lease or lease through someone as a third party. I have poor credit, clean criminal record I can pay up my rent months in advance to override any credit issues!
