Spacious house- roommate wanted

Looking for a roommate to move in with us to a s
pacious house with your own carpeted room and somewhat shared bathroom (mostly yours). Your room shares a small hallway with the guest room and is on the opposite side of the house from the primary bedroom. There’s a nice yard with a small lake view in the back as well as a screened in patio. It’s in a super safe neighborhood and even has a garage! There are a couple pets in the house but it’s kept clean! No dog smell here! We are at max capacity for the pets though.
