Hi! I’m in urgent need of a room to rent as my current housing situation ends on April th. I’ve been living in Merced for almost 7 years and I’m ready to move on to a new, stable place.

• I’m Deaf – I prefer texting or written communication
• I do put my effort in to clean, be respectful, and easy to live with
• I have one sweet, well-behaved cat
• Drama-free and chill lifestyle

Budget:
• $/month for rent
• Up to $/month if utilities are included
