I have an unfurnished room for rent with a closet and your own private full bath. It should be available in June. No weapons or smoking allowed. It’s a two bedroom house with a community pool in north Surprise/Peoria area. There’s hiking nearby, walking trails, parks, and plenty of retail within a fifteen
minute drive - Target, Walmart, Sprouts, McDonalds, Black Rock, Starbucks, restaurants, pizza joints, Frys, Safeway, Kohls, Taco Bell, QT, gyms… I’m a clean easy going guy. Looking for a responsible mature person. My ex of 8 years is leaving, so the room will be unoccupied.
