Looking a responsible roommate, must be clean the general areas are required to be clean every two weeks or twice a month, the bathroom is the main priority at all times. The kitchen sink must not occupy dirty dishes if you can’t wash up them up instantly use the dishwasher no excuse these things cause roaches. Your guess is not my issue and neither or mines your issues. Noise is not permitted we will get evicted so if you like noise not the place for you. We are located ten minutes from Downtown Nashville. The Internet and light are not included so you are required to pay those on moving in. in addition to the rent. No exceptions. The light is depending on the use it is split no exceptions, the internet same no exceptions.
