The residence is a newly build about sq ft spread across 2 stories. The house features air conditioning, street parking (and parking lot), and a (new Samsung washer and dryer)laundry room. The community also offers a swimming pool, park and nightly security monitoring.

We are social, enthusiastic, and friendly individuals. We also are clean and tidy.
