As an actor with a varied schedule, I work multiple jobs so my hours can be unpredictable, sometimes early mornings and late nights, so I’d appreciate roommates who are considerate of this.

I truly value a tidy and organized living space, especially the common areas.

I’d love to share my space with people who have an artistic or creative professions/backgrounds but not a deal breaker!

I cook a lot, so a respectful approach to shared spaces and food is essential

No shoes indoors, we have a spot for shoes at the entrance to keep the place clean.

Guests are welcome, but let’s ensure it’s balanced and respectful.
