Hey there! We're a friendly couple with a comfy spare room in our 3-bedroom condo in Rochester, NH, and we'd love to find a great person to share our space.

**About the Room & Place:**

*   **Your Room:** A nice, spacious second-floor bedroom – we can leave it furnished or unfurnished, whatever you prefer!

*   **Shared Spaces:** We have a lovely kitchen (dishwasher included!), a large living room, a finished basement, and a private deck for enjoying the outdoors.

*   **Extras:** You'll have your own parking spot, in-unit laundry, and central AC to keep you cool. Plus, all utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.

*   **Location:** We're in a great spot in Rochester, close to Route and the Spaulding Turnpike, making it easy to get around.

**A Little About Us:**

We're a married lesbian couple in our s with two playful cats and a gentle senior dog. One of us works early hours, so we usually have quiet evenings. We enjoy relaxing at home, playing music sometimes, and watching the birds – we've even seen hawks from our window! We’re looking for someone who's friendly, respectful, and enjoys a peaceful home.
