- 1 bedroom and 1 private bathroom available
- Fully furnished room with two windows and great natural sunlight
- Bathroom also has a window for nice light and ventilation
- Shared living room, kitchen, and a small private patio – perfect for breakfast or just enjoying the weather
- Quiet, secure building with tandem parking included
- Washer and dryer available on every floor (4 floors total)
- Fast internet, Netflix, Hulu – all included

- Located in a quiet, clean, and charming neighborhood in Venice
- 6-minute drive to the beach
- Close to great restaurants, cafes, Costco, pharmacies, and more
- 3 minutes to public basketball courts, tennis courts, and a baseball field
- Perfect area for morning walks and enjoying the outdoors. House Guidelines:
- No smoking inside
- No loud music
- Please clean up after yourself (especially in the kitchen)
- There’s a dishwasher – just be sure to load/unload it
- We take care of the space together and communicate openly
- I’m mindful of your privacy and work schedule (calls, interviews, etc.), and I ask for the same in return
