Hello! I'm Emily, and I'm looking for someone to move in May ! I live in a tower at Park La Brea on the 6th floor. The building has an elevator, laundry machines downstairs, both free and pre-paid parking spaces, and has gorgeous parks all over the community to walk through. There is also a gym/pool (not free), and a cafe onsite. It's a really beautiful, peaceful, family-friendly community. As a young woman, I feel extremely safe here, and absolutely love it!

My apartment is very spacious, has amazing natural lighting, and a gorgeous kitchen. The room you would be living in is the master; it's very spacious, has a huge closet, individual bathroom, carpeted floors, and an AC unit. Rent for this room is $/month (rounded it up to $ considering utilities but this does not include your potential parking spot, gym/pool payment etc).

A little bit about me as a roomie: I am super clean and would love someone who also respects our space and cleans up after themselves! I love staying home and typically am asleep by pm, so would appreciate having someone respect quiet hours from am. I work from home 4x a week and am also a part-time hair stylist, and work out of the apartment (in the living room space), but I will ALWAYS let you know when I have a client coming, and will clean up thoroughly after each appointment.

I have a sweet 4-year-old kitty named Daisy. She is friendly and won't bother you at all. She usually lounges in my room or the living room and is super easy-going and playful!
