Available rooms in our house located in Spring Valley. AVAILABLE MAY 1st! Located on top of dictionary hill in a quiet neighborhood with scenic views of all of san diego! We have a brand new ring security system, several patios and garden w/ optimal street parking. In house laundry and dryer is a huge bonus! Both available rooms are downstairs with a shared bathroom and private downstairs entrance. Both rooms have a shared common area in between plus a storage room that's perfect for anything extra you might have. Upstairs theres a shared kitchen, living room and family room along with the 2 other rooms. There is a room available upstairs as well that has a connected bathroom.

We are pet friendly (no carpet!) and don't charge extra for fur babies! (We have 2 elder kitties of our own.) We are open to all kinds lifestyles and stand for PLUR (peace, love, unity and respect) in this house! All house mates work full time so our weekdays are quiet by
pm and weekends are mainly reserved for socializing and going out dancing! We have a few potential new roommates but still looking for applicants just in case. Feel free to ask me any questions you might have through FB
