- Lease end date flexible: -month-long lease preferred; twelve-month also available

Lynn MA. Less than a ten-minute walk to the commuter rail into Boston and the same to Lynn/Nahant Beach

- Rent: One-Thousand
per month - Electricity, Gas, and Wifi split evenly

- Parking: On-street parking

- Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, and our unit will share a non-coin operated washer/dryer in the basement

- Common areas are fully furnished

- Credit, Income, and background check required

- No pets

- First month, last month, and security deposit required upon lease signing
