Hi, my name is Noelani. I am a year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The home is located near Vista Village and you would share it with two women in their s plus a golden retriever. No additional pets. New tenant would have a private, unfurnished bedroom and share a bathroom with one other roommate. Shared spaces include kitchen, living room, yard and loft area. The room is available on May 1 for a one year lease. Utilities are split evenly and include internet + SDGE (monthly) as well as trash + water (rotate bi-monthly). Utilities average $ month. Must have verifiable income. Due at signing is security deposit and first months rent.
