Hi guys. My roomate is getting married and moving out early. Private bath, walk-in closet, and big picture window. Balcony off the common living room. The gym and pool amenities are nice and the apartment is just a few steps away from our parking spots (super convenient)!
This place is located right next to Johnston & Wales University and very close to the business district. It is located on the Gold Line Rail, making it conveniently located for work or school. This would be available in June and July
. We need someone interested in renting for 2 months to finish the lease. After that, I would still be in need of a roomate and would be open to discussing continuing the lease or moving if you are interested in a longer term roomate. Great price and great location.
