June th room available

Hey everyone! renting out a room! June th move in date (flexible)

I’m currently renting with two other roommates through September in a bath apt in Town Center. However, I’m looking to move out on June th, so I need someone to take my place through the rest of lease.

Rent for you would be $ a month, utilities are not included (usually electric is ~$, internet is $ exact, water/sewer/trash ~ $). You would have your own room with a walk-in closet and your own bathroom (you will need to bring your own furniture for bedroom). There’s washer and dryer inside the apt as well. Both roommates are pretty chill, always on time with their rent and payments, clean after themselves, and pretty much keep to themselves. The apartment complex itself is very nice, elevators to all floors, pool and hot tub, and there’s a 4-story garage included for cars that is directly connected to the building. In addition, groceries and the main roads are right there, so it’s a very nice central location.
