Quiet unfurnished room for rent in a - bath house. Located in a small townhouse community in the east hills above the San Jose golf and country club. It’s about a 5-minute drive into the edge of the city (I consider alum rock x white rd. the edge here). Quiet and relaxing with an amazing view of the hills. There is access to Alum Rock Park trails at the end of our street.

-On the bottom floor of a 3-story house. It does run a few degrees cooler than other levels of the home.

-Front patio with herb garden and BBQs
-Driveway parking for one regular or short-length vehicle.
-Hard flooring throughout the house
-no overnight guests, no pets, and, no smoking allowed, is ok.
-Renting to one occupant, no couples.
-Not interested in renting to those that work from home.
-agreement is Month to month, but looking for long term, not short term.

The townhome community is a quiet community of families. Current owner/occupant: a single professional male in his early s, down-to-earth, easygoing, and respectful. He has one cat, into films, photography, woodworking, fitness, cooking, and BBQ. He is a neat and tidy person; he does a full cleaning of the house each week and has several air purifiers around. Organization and cleanliness of his home are important to him.

This may be a good fit for a commuter.
