I'm a student at UNC chapel hill. I am planning to sublease my room in Carrboro. The room for sublease is a Master Bedroom in a 2 Bedroom with 1 and half Bathroom apartment! It is available from May - June (two months). It is in Carolina Apartments, Carrboro, right off the Highway .
It's just 2 minutes from the bus stop, with **J, JFX, and CM buses taking you directly to campus in minutes! The rent shown is utilities included. The apartment is equipped with a unit washer/dryer, fridge, stove, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Parking space is available too(no extra charges).
I think it would benefit people looking for temporary stay before finalizing a longer lease starting in July(as most the lease start from July/August) or Summer Interns/Students.
