TWO SUBLEASERS NEEDED FALL Q

Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking for two subleasers for our flat apartment in Mustang Village (Mustang 1) while we study abroad during fall quarter .
The lease begins on Aug. and you would need to move out of the apartment by Dec. so we can move in for the rest of the school year.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, sq. ft. The complex has on- laundry and access to wifi, two pools, a gym, and a study room. The apartment is very close to campus and is less than a 5-minute walk from Spanos Stadium. This is a sold-out floor plan and generally these are pretty hard to come by!
Rent is $ per person per month (utilities included). Payment is due on the first day of each month. Parking isn’t included, but if you get in contact with Mustang Village soon, they said subleasers can likely still secure parking. Also, the complex is pet friendly too for a small additional monthly cost.
Since we’ll both be abroad, the entire apartment will be available for two people to sublease. If you or you and a roommate are interested, please message me . Thanks all!
