Room for rent! mins from UCF

We have a room for rent starting the 1st of July. minutes to UCF and 8 minutes for Waterford Lakes. We live in a bath house with a fenced in yard and a garage. There is street parking and an overflow lot. In house washer and dryer. We have 2 cats and a Mini Australia Shepard. If you have a pet that’s okay as well as long as they all get along. Currently it’s My girlfriend and I and then a friend of ours from high school. We all work full time and are in college. The room does have furniture inside that the previous roommate is selling majority of it. (Bed is a queen) If not then the room will be empty. We are resigning our lease at the end of June for another year and are hoping to find someone for the whole year. Rent is $ and utilities average $
