Hey everyone! I’m graduating in early May and looking to sublease my private bedroom and bathroom in a bath apartment at Canal St, Richmond, VA from the end of May through July st.

Rent is around $/month including utilities, and there’s also the option to renew the lease if you’re interested in staying longer!
