Hey, my name is Tim. I’m an artist/ metal worker in Baltimore. I own a house in Greektown (right next to Canton and Highlandtown) and am in the process of looking for a new roommate. There are multiple possible accommodation options: a mid-size upstairs bedroom and a small basement one that would have its own large living room and half bath. You would be living with me , my old fat cat and my 4 year-old daughter who I have custody of (she is super cute and very well-behaved.) Definitely a queer-friendly home as well as leftist and working class. Very negotiable on price - more interested in finding the right person than making a bunch of money or filling the spot quickly .
