Private room for rents

Description

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate (preferably female) to fill a spacious basement bedroom in our BA rowhome in Canton. The room will be available starting May 1st (flexible on timing).

About the Space:
The basement includes a private bedroom, large open living/office space, and a private bathroom with a tub. Laundry is also located in the basement but doesn’t interfere with privacy. Rent is $/month, which includes internet (Comcast). BGE and water are split 3 ways. Optional monthly cleaning service ($) can be shared if we all agree to it.

About the House:
The house is cozy and well-kept, featuring a spacious kitchen and dining area, rooftop deck, and full-size washer/dryer. We keep common areas tidy and share the responsibility of restocking household items through occasional Costco runs.

Location Perks:
Located just minutes from Canton Square, Merritt, Safeway, and Canton Waterfront Park. We’re one block from the Johns Hopkins shuttle stop, and the neighborhood is friendly and community-oriented — with block parties, clean-ups, and a great local vibe.

About Me:
I’m a -year-old cross-media designer working for a defense contractor with a hybrid schedule. I have a 5-year-old pit mix who’s shy at first but super sweet once comfortable. I’m active, social, and enjoy running, cooking, and exploring local spots — but also love a quiet night in. Friends are always welcome!

Other Roommate:
My brother, a mid-s engineering student, lives upstairs. He works remotely, spends a lot of time studying, and is health-conscious and laid-back. We enjoy running and hanging out when we can.

Looking For:
