someone for lease takeover

I currently need someone to take over my portion of a 3 bedroom lease. It’s $ a month and you’d live with two other roommates (females, ).
Females only and no pets please as they already have a dog.

Move in of May 1st preferably. You’d get the biggest room of the house the loft which is double the size of the other rooms. You have your own bathroom.

It’s in the heart of midtown. 4 minutes from Safeway on Alhambra and the Co-Op.
In unit full size washer and dryer.
