Seeking Roommate

Hey there, my roommate is moving out in August because his job changed locations and he’s also moving in with his partner. A little about me — I’m thirty-one and a full-time musician. I mostly keep to myself, hang out in my room listening or making music. I’d say I’m very laid-back and easy to live with (definitely not passive-aggressive). My main cons are that I’m a little lazy with dishes (sometimes it takes me a couple of days), and I’m a night owl, so I do occasionally make food late at night — but my current roommate said he never hears me, so it shouldn’t be a problem. Parking around here is honestly great — I can almost always find a spot before 5 PM, and even after that, there’s usually a spot on Essex St. You really can’t beat the location — it’s right in the heart of Central Square, just a few minutes’ walk to the T, groceries, restaurants, and cafes.
