I am looking for a male student to do a lease transfer/takeover, $ per month + $ for a parking spot. It’s a private room with your own bathroom located at Foundry Simcoe (Across the street from Durham College & Ontario Tech). You would only be sharing the kitchen with the 4 other male housemates. Starting from April st, to August . You will have the option to renew this lease with the leasing office.

The room & kitchen are furnished & equipped. WiFi included. In suite Laundry + Maintenance & house keeping service are included in rent.
