We’re looking for a respectful, friendly roommate—ideally a fellow business professional—to join our peaceful, pet-free home in the heart of Henderson’s desirable Cadence community.

The room is fully furnished with a full-size bed, nightstand, two dressers (one with a mirror), a small closet, a TV, and a Home device. You’ll share a clean bathroom and have full access to a welcoming kitchen (complete with cookware), a cozy living room with a recliner sofa, and a serene backyard—perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Our home is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes from Smith’s, and close to community amenities including a park, pool, and outdoor gym.

I run my own business and am often away, and my son works night shifts, so the home tends to stay peaceful and quiet—great for someone with a similar lifestyle.

A $. monthly common fee covers all utilities, including high-speed internet, electricity, gas, water, and access to the washer and dryer. Ample street parking is also available. Total of $. deposit and cleaning fee. Refundable $.
at move out if cleaned and day notice.
