Master Bathroom/walk in closet/bath

Description

I am going to be renting out my master bedroom/walk in closet, and private bathroom fully furnished in a two bedroom condo in Laguna Niguel. I am a single mom living with my thirteen year old daughter. My daughter is very kind, respectful, an honors student, does not play an instrument, and is with her father % of the week. No men will be allowed to stay overnight. No cigarettes. You must talk with me before visitors come by (so it is arranged when my daughter is not here which is always the first half of the week). I do not talk about politics, religion or sexual preference and I expect the same. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and it is not worth the drama and divide it creates when there are discrepancies.
When you first walk into the home, you must walk up a set of stairs. The master bedroom comes furnished with a queen sized bed with storage underneath, a full dresser, 2 nightstands, a walk in closet, plus a side closet, and full bathroom with garden tub. The sliding glass doors in the bedroom lead onto a long deck. The television in the master will be gone by the time you move in (as seen in photos). Very high ceilings throughout the condo.

We have 2 cats. They are extremely loving. You must not be allergic to cats, and love animals. I’m sorry but I cannot accept any other animals since we have the cats. We are a very peaceful, clean household and we are gone % of the time. I work a lot while I do not have my daughter and lots of activities outside of the home when I do. Full use of the kitchen, fridge, appliances, washer and dryer, walk in pantry and kitchen equipment, all available to share.

I can show you the last 7 months of our electric and gas bill. Electric averages around forty to eighty dollars a month. Gas averages around twenty ty (obviously the sixty is winter months for heat) and fast speed internet is seventy a month.
