The Collective Summer Sublease

Hi! I am looking to sublease my room/townhouse at The Collective over the summer. My rent is $ a month plus utilities ($). There is no parking fee. Someone could move in starting the week of May th and would have to move out prior to August 1. It is a four bedroom, spacious apartment but you will only be living with one other person over the summer (the cat and cat stuff will not be there over the summer either!)
