We, a diverse group of young international professionals, are searching for a new housemate to join our beautiful home in Schaerbeek, near Woluwe Saint Lambert. The room will be available starting May 1st, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to settle in long-term (minimum 6 months)!

🏡 The House
Our home has been fully renovated and offers plenty of comfort. It features a spacious garden, cozy terrace, and a garage. We’re in a quiet, yet central location, close to the Diamant area.

🛏️ The Room

A bright room with lots of sunshine and a lovely garden view.

Fully furnished with a double bed (), wardrobe, desk, and more.

Private bathroom (shower and WC are located outside the room).

💸 Monthly Rent:
€ per month, all-inclusive: electricity, water, heating, internet, Netflix, cleaning of common areas, and insurance. No hidden fees! 🎉

📑 Lease Terms:

Flexible, but we prefer someone for a long-term stay (+6 months).

🚍 Transport Links:

Trams: Lines -minute walk).

Buses: Line (to Luxembourg), (to Schuman)—right outside the house, line minutes away.

Metro: Gribaumont station (-minute walk).
