Hi all!

My name is Elijah and myself and my roommate are looking for someone to take over a room in a BR house near ASU. The room shares a bathroom with one other roommate (M). You will be signing a new lease with the current housemates; one is a PhD student at ASU and the other (me) works at Amazon in East Mesa. The current lease ends on May , and we're looking for someone to take over from June . The move-in date is slightly flexible!

- Spacious backyard with a grill, firepit, and garden bed
- Wooden floors in common areas, carpeted bedrooms
- Big kitchen and living room with all necessary appliances & cookware
- Washer & dryer
- Covered parking for one car + ample street parking
- Storage room for bikes and extras
- Sorry!! “No dogs or cats” allowed (landlord's policy)
- Shared Utilities (gas, electricity, high-speed internet)
- Spacious room with a big closet
- Additional closets in common area for extra storage
- Furniture in the room (see photos): Optional to buy at low price
- ~2 miles south of ASU campus. Easy bike ride up College Ave
- Stores within a mile: Safeway, Fry’s, Walmart, Ace Hardware, Staples.
- We are a chill, respectful household. Everyone helps keep the common spaces clean and tidy. We take turns with chores and clean up after ourselves. We would love to live with someone who is reasonably quiet, clean, and easygoing. We usually keep to ourselves but often have small chit-chat and long conversations at times. We are not a party house, but hosting does happen on occasion, and we check in with each other.
- We prefer another graduate student but are also open to young working professionals, postdocs, and low-key senior undergrads.
