I've lived in this spot for three years and I love living here! It has incredible light, great views, and thick concrete walls ( I almost never hear anything from the neighbors and when I do it's incredibly faint)

Looking to live with a fellow mature professional creative. Queer friendly,  years of age with stable income. Another musician would be perfect, but I've also enjoyed reading lines with my current roommate who's a working actress.

I am a yr old, queer male.  Full time florist, visual artist and musician and do practice regularly. Omnivores, very patient, self- aware, goofball, spiritual/philosophical (minus the toxic emotional bypassing), healthy lifestyle,  extremely respectful, clean but not OCD.
