Responsible Roommate month

Hey! I’m ), working full-time nights as a senior caregiver, and I just got a bath apartment in the Westside area near Ortega Gardens. I’m looking for a chill, responsible roommate who can pay $+ utilities (around $) a month. The place is clean, quiet, and still coming together — I’m saving up for furniture.

I’m not a big drinker or partier. I keep things calm and usually sleep during the day because of my schedule. I have two sweet kittens — super friendly and still babies — so you’ll need to be okay with cats.

My fiancé may stop by sometimes with a friend or two, but it’s never loud or crazy. Just be respectful and don’t make it awkward, and we’re good. I like to meal prep, so I ask that you please don’t eat my food (I label it).

I don’t have a car, so groceries can be tricky sometimes — just being upfront. I’m not worried about background checks or credit scores. You just need to make at least $/month, be clean-ish, respectful, and ready to help out with rent and utilities.
