I’m years old, I work in apartment maintenance mon-fri. I’m currently living in the property along with my dog, she’s super chill and keeps to herself. looking for someone who stays clean and organized also respectful and communicative. I love living close to the city and the convenience of everything. The room downstairs has a personal/guest bathroom that is rented to a year old male with a kitten who moved in July . He is a videographer/restaurant server. I have one room upstairs available with one bathroom that will be shared with a year old male who moved in December that works at an eye clinic. The room will be available in April after the current tenant moves out. Please don’t waste my time. Looking to fill ASAP!
