Hi Everyone! My roommate and I are moving out of our top floor unfurnished bathroom apartment unit and would like the entire unit to be subleased beginning of June to the end of our lease which is August st (with an option to apply for renewal of the lease after the sublease ends).

Rent is $/month total which includes water and trash removal. WiFi, gas, and electric are paid for by the renter. Laundry room in the basement $ washer. Apartment has Central air/heat. Amenities include fitness room, bike storage room, gated building, and uses ButterflyMX to unlock gates from mobile device.
