Hi everyone! Looking for TWO roommates to fill our bath; sqft house in Sunnyside area! Move in date would be the first week of June. Rent is $ per person) + utilities. The house is technically 4 bed, but the 4th bedroom is currently being used as an office, which is ideal for anyone who works from home! The house includes a decent sized backyard, Sunroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and a huge basement with lots of storage space! Pet friendly, however our landlord does require the pet to be an ESA! :)

- Walking distance to Rocky Mountain Lake
- minute walk to Tennyson street
- 1 min to Safeway or a few minute walk
- min drive to Sloans Lake
- minute drive to Downtown

A bit about me! I’m Hailey, I’m and have been living in Denver for about a year and a half now! I moved from Seattle Washington :) I work full time down in Lakewood as a behavioral therapist working with kids with disabilities. I recently took up snowboarding this Winter and plan on spending a lot of my weekends next year up in the mountains! Ideally Id love for my roomies to also be my friends - I love hiking, paddle boarding, going to concerts, or anything outdoors and I love trying new things! I spend my weekends either outdoors, going out with friends, or having a chill night in.. or even a little girly charcuterie board moment.
