Hi! Me and my bf are looking for a roommate, who is willing to do ten month lease! The monthly rent is set at
hundred through the portal while the utilities are spilt through Venmo group. Usually most utilities are hundred but can be as low as fifteen (per person). You get your own bathroom that’s connected to your room, we also have our furniture in the living room but obviously free to use anything we are very open people.
