Room for Rent Sept

Description

I am looking for a roommate to share my daughters 2 bedroom apartment with 4 other UCSB students. You’d be sharing a bedroom with loft with two other girls. The room is on Pardall Rd in Goleta, the Edge Apartments. Two buildings before going under the tunnel & on campus. The monthly rent includes electricity, gas, water, trash & internet. Lease is September. I am motivated to give a cash incentive to sign a new lease.
